Do you see the order in Sierra Chart with a Status of "Order Sent"? You can check this Status in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders.

I have similar experience. Then I noticed, that the order remained in TWS with "Transmit" button next to it. It is really annoying to transmit every order... not possible for trading. I am on SIM, so I don't care yet, but I will soon... I guess, there must be a way to set transmitting without confirmation in TWS. I briefly looked at it and found some settings. I haven't tried it yet. Does anybody now how to set it? Maybe this is not the case... Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-09-09 11:50:56

Good day, I have SC connected to IB. Recently SC trade window shows position and P/L only for a short time after I enter into a position, within few seconds it resets and does not show either qty nor P/L although I am still in a position on IB. How can I fix it?

I just had this exact same problem as well. I found it odd since they appear to have fixed the issues with contracts for 2016 and IB. When I filled out a support ticket, I noticed that for some reason I was on version 1307 even though I just upgraded last night. I manually selected the newest version from the previous versions page and at least now have the newest version. My entry and exit fills weren't showing up properly, and after trying one scalp, this seems fixed now, but I haven't entered a trade yet that I will hold for a minutes to see if the position line stays. Until we get a reply, at least make sure you are on a current version. |

We see you are currently running version 1336. Are you still noticing this problem? What is the Symbol you are noticing this with? In response to post #6: 1307 is the latest version you will get when using Help >> Download Current Version (Old Spreadsheets) because Old Spreadsheets are no longer supported in newer versions of Sierra Chart. When you notice this problem, go to Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions. Do you see the Position there for the Symbol and Trade Account? If so, what is the exact symbol displayed there for the Position? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
