Every single one of my charts is completely blank today, I have zero data except for the live price feed bar on the right. I tried to re-download data several times and nothing works. I am assuming this is related to the roll. How do I fix this?

correction, all my charts have data that stop on 3-19 and then nothing beyond so it looks like i am not getting any data for the june and now sep contract of ES.

I followed the instructions exactly as described on the link. the chart is an ES#C. are you sure this is an IQ problem?

There is no doubt that there is some data problem for sure. So therefore it must be on the IQ Feed side or some sort of connectivity problem. Open up a normal chart for that symbol and if you see the same problem contact IQ Feed. Also try once again re-downloading the data with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. From this log we cannot see anything unusual with the data downloading. Although it looks as though there are some charts you are opening up where there is no data being read from the @ES#C.scid data file. Open a new chart for @ES#C. How many CPU cores does your system have?. When we connected your system, in the task manager it indicated 8 cores. Is it 4 cores and you have hyperthreading? If so, try disabling the hyperthreading on your system. We do not really think this is related, but just a suggestion. For now, what we recommend doing is going to Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download to a small number like 15. Please keep this very small for now. If the data is still coming in very slowly, contact IQ Feed. We definitely view this problem as something external. However, there was one problem where the multistage download was not functioning as expected and we are looking into that later today. We do not see this as related though. I was having a similar problem with IQFeed. It was only downloading minute data up until 3/13(ish) and then it would be blank after that. I have my days to download set at 2000. After it downloaded all the minute data I did the edit/download data - intradata chart option and selected 3/13 as the date to download from. Once I did that it started downloading the tick data.

yes i tried that and it did not work. rather, i now have one chart that is absolutely fine and every single other one is worthless and or blank. i talked to iq feed and they said everything is fine on their end.

Did you try reducing Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download to a smaller number? After you do this, re-download the data again into the chart by right clicking on the chart before any missing data and selecting Delete Data and Download.
