I am not able to access/download some of the ETFs, for example ERX and URE. The others are working fine. Here is a fresh log output for URE after trying 'Delete and Download Data'. I downloaded latest version this morning . Help -> About shows 1282

Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

Let us know if that solves the problem.

It did not help.

I had defined these as new symbols under Symbol Settings. I removed them now and I am able to get their data. I guess there must be a conflict. The reason I had added them to Symbol Settings is to be able to quickly open them. I do not see these in any place when I click FS(Find Symbol) . How can I quickly find and open them?

OK, adding those symbols individually to Symbol Settings is the cause of the problem.

When you add them to Symbol Settings first select the ??? Symbol pattern and press the Duplicate button and then change that new entry to the symbol that you want. Be sure to uncheck the Use Pattern Matching option.
