Your Message Log indicates that you tried to connect to Rithmic and TT.

With Rithmic you got the following error:
Rithmic Trading | Server Alert: Market Data Connection Login Failed. Result text: "permission denied"

With TT, you got the following error:
TT FIX Data: Received a Logout message. Text = Unable to login to FIX Adapter AMPNON1ORPR: TTUserSetup Error - DGIBSON is not authorized to use FIX Adapter. Please contact your TT User Setup Administrator.


You will need to contact AMP, and inquire which trading platform service your account is set up for.
