Hi, I'm testing Sierra Charts. I want to have access to historical data for stocks. That is supposed to be provided. This is my GOOG chart: http://prntscr.com/7xwyr3 As you can see data stops around March 2014. Now, I did look at the setting and changed it: http://prntscr.com/7xwz63 There's no change. This problem is specific to the Google symbol (GOOG). We are contacting our data provider about this. This is a problem they need to solve. We expect it will be corrected by the end of the day today. At that time go back to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Also changing the date range does not change the amount of the available historical data for symbol in the chart data file. That only affects what will be loaded from the data file itself.
