I cannot download previous CL data

Hi,
I have Rithmic datafeed and since today, when I tried to download previous data (Edit/Download data-Intraday Chart) all my data has been cancelled and I have the data from today 2 a.m., in the past I've had no problem, and ES running perfectly, but CL not!

Go to one of the charts where you are missing data and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

And after that post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

We updated the prior post. And requested the Message Log after re-downloading the data in the chart.

I did this too before, now I tried once more, the result is the same: data begining today 2:00 a.m. (CLU5-NYMEX)
When I go back to previous month (CLQ5-NYMEX), all the data is OK, previous 120 day OK. (could be datafeed problem)
But ES works well, but CL doesn't. (home computer) I have the current version of software
Interesting: I have a computer at my workplace too, tried CL rollover 10 hours before, and there was OK the CL data today.

We now recognize what the problem is. You are using Sierra Chart Service Package 1.

You will need to use Sierra Chart service package 3 to get more historical tick data. Let us know if you want us to change your service package to 3.

Otherwise do the following:


Update Sierra Chart to the current version. Refer to the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

Set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Second.

Go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. This will download 1 Minute data from Rithmic.
