We now recognize what the problem is. You are using Sierra Chart Service Package 1. You will need to use Sierra Chart service package 3 to get more historical tick data. Let us know if you want us to change your service package to 3. Otherwise do the following: Update Sierra Chart to the current version. Refer to the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate Set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Second.
