BB Brent crude no data

Yesterday I switched to CTS as broker/data and cannot seem to get Brent Crude to show data. The chart box goes through the usual "Historical Data Download Complete" but the chart box is empty. Symbol I'm using is: BB.20150900.CME_NY (empty chart, no data) I also tried: BNX.20150900.ICE_IC (empty chart, no data) and: BRN.20150900.ICE_IC Orange box says symbol is unknown (but data loads) I did the update from server and full reset and still nothing. can you please advise, I also updated to 1275 yesterday |

Most likely the problem is that your CTS account is not authorized for these exchanges. Go to the BB.20150900.CME_NY chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
