OEC order error - time spread

Hi,

I have problems with order cancellation and modification with spread markets. For example ZC FTS -Z5,+U5 I get following error for my open LMT order

Order Modification Error: Order Modification Reject. Info: Symbol doesn't match the original. Internal Order ID: 36246. Service Order ID: 102695454 | 2015-07-21 00:58:40 *


There was an error with the order cancellation: Order Cancel Reject. Info: Symbol doesn't match the original.. Service order ID: 102695454. Symbol: ZC FTS -Z5,+U5 | 2015-07-21 00:58:59 *

So I can neither cancel or modify. I have to open OEC Trader and do the job there.

Can you check it?

We apologize for the delay. We had to go through a test under the debugger to verify the problem first and we cannot.

We are able to modify this particular spread market without any errors from OEC. We see you are running the current version of Sierra Chart.


We are letting OEC know about this and we will see what they say. Not sure why it happens in the live trading environment and not the test environment.

This is the answer from OEC about this:


I was able to replicate the issue if the order is created in Sierra, modified in OEC Trader, and then modified in Sierra. If OEC trader is used to modify an order, the customer will be unable to modify or cancel in your platform.



I’ll check with Developers if this can be corrected. Until then, customer should use Sierra or OEC Trader exclusively.

I entered the order using Sierra now. Tried to move - OK. Restarted Sierra and then tried to move once more - ERROR

Same corn spread, SC ver 1269
