This is the answer from OEC about this: I was able to replicate the issue if the order is created in Sierra, modified in OEC Trader, and then modified in Sierra. If OEC trader is used to modify an order, the customer will be unable to modify or cancel in your platform. I’ll check with Developers if this can be corrected.
