Pending order will not cancel

I have a pending buy stop order that will not cancel, will not move, etc. I have disconnected and reconected, I then restarted the computer, nothing worked. I called my broker and they show nothing on their side. What is concerning to me is that I then opened my laptop, and it was not on before, but it picked up the same pending order. Please advise. Thanks

With the way that you describe it, it is 100% certain the trading backend is holding that order. Please contact your broker and have them investigate this more thoroughly. Sierra Chart is not going to display an order on a whole different system, if it does not exist on the trading server. It might not actually be working, but this is going to be a server-side issue.

So apparently the order is "Pending Open". So what they need to do is remove it from the system.
