Empty screen in chartbook on SC Teletrader

Please see attached image. The left side is what I would expect, the right is when I scroll one bar to the left. I cannot see anything. This occurs on all 30 charts in the chartbook. The bars are still present because I have a series of indicators that reference this information, but I am unable to see them. Scrolling more to present time does not resolve this, nor does restarting Its quite random, another chart displays up to the 5th June before disappearing. Pretty sure I never saw this on my copy of SC that runs via IQFeed. I'm running version 1250 |

There is some kind of data error in the chart. Go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Let us know if that corrects the problem.

That did not correct the problem - in fact now the entire screen for the specific chart I downloaded is blank. However I know the data is there as I can write it to disk using the "Write To Disk" study.

We tested this symbol with TeleTrader now. It looks correct for us: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1433894157556.png Update Sierra Chart to the current version and re-download the data again. You can update with Help >> Download Current Version. We do not think there is any problem with the version you are running affecting TeleTrader, but it is always important we are doing comparisons with the same version of the program. The other question is do you have any studies on the chart? Maybe a study is causing the problem. This was an issue with an indicator that for some reason blew up the scale. Not entirely sure whats going on still, but at least I can see my charts now. Thanks.
