Do you see the data within the Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation chart? Generally a problem like this involving an external service for data is hard for us to help with especially with Interactive Brokers. What is the exact symbol you are referring to? That symbol would be considered a stock symbol.

I feel the need to correct support here so the original poster is not confused. You can see the symbol he is referring to in his screenshot in the first post....that symbol should absolutely be classified as a futures symbol and not a stock. Of which, it is in my installation. |

Futures, for MSCI Taiwan Index -SIMEX new symbol: TWF21-SIMEX no error message, just blank chart old symbol: STW-202101-SGX-USD-100 error msg, symbol setting not found for current service. |

Regarding symbols, in the first post, that is an Interactive Brokers symbol and it is an Intraday chart. We see that there is no data beyond December 11, 2020 for this symbol: TWF21-SIMEX We guess our data provider is just not providing data for it any longer. This is an Interactive Brokers symbol: STW-202101-SGX-USD-100 You will only receive data for it when using Interactive Brokers and we made a change to cause the Historical Daily data to only come from Interactive Brokers. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After updating the symbol settings: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". We are checking with our data provider on this and we will find out what they say. Other SIMEX symbols are updating EOD.

This is what we heard from our data provider: It was de-listed, SIMEX removed a number of these over the past few months
