Hi

1 time i add a custom study all works fine

2 time i add a custom study SC freeze .

tried to delete all dll of custom studies , problem still persist.

no , all custom studies i downloaded from SC forum and BMT forum.

i thought one of them could have inside some parts of code not compatible with new SC.
i deleted all dll of this studies. remain only custom studies provided by SC

Not really sure what the problem is because we cannot duplicate it, but we are releasing a new revision of the latest prerelease and we have rebuilt the User Contributed Studies DLL file.

Thanks for the quickly respond
Sadly issues is still present , clearly it is a windows or graphics card problem.
the first time i click window of custom study is correctly displayed
but 2 time app hang.
I'm going to reinstall card driver and update windows.
Can be .net framework issues ?

This is not due to a window or graphics card problem. It is due to a faulty DLL file.

No need to reinstall anything.

Go to the Sierra Chart Data Files Folder for the instance of Sierra Chart you are having a problem with and move out all of the DLL files in that folder into a backup folder other than UserContributedStudies.dll

I am also having exact same issue...I just created a new support message on this subject...Very annoying problem...
