Why do the red and green lines not go away on the chart when I flatten on the trade window?

When I flatten on one chart, the trade keeps pending on another chart. I have 5min chart and Renko chart open.

My Renko charts show trade position lines even though the trade window says flat. No trades present.

Same thing on 5min window. Trade windo is flat but position lines appear showing targets and P/L lines.

My cancellations or flattens are not going through. Only if I press a buy with a pending sell order will an order show flatten in the trade window. Meanwhile the account summary in OEC shows activity until I can flatten in the Sierra trade window.

Please help me. It is difficult to trade when positions remain on mt chart when I have cancelled them. I see my account value changing even though my position window says flat.

From what we can tell there is a problem with the OEC server not providing the correct order status for EUR/USD orders. We need to test this. Please do not make so many postings. One posting is sufficient. If you select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service, do orders that you previously canceled now clear from the chart?
