From what we can tell there is a problem with the OEC server not providing the correct order status for EUR/USD orders. We need to test this. Please do not make so many postings. One posting is sufficient. If you select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service, do orders that you previously canceled now clear from the chart?
