SC v1241, on SC Feed, Freezing on Add Custom Study

SC Pkg 3 v1241, IB trading, SC Exchange Feed. When go to Studies<Add Custom Study, platform freezes for 5-6 minutes, no user input allowed, window titlebars show not respoding, CPU for SC's main thread maxes out, log shows below:

This fixed the freezing. Can you help with why the SC data feed is disconnecting per the log? Thanks in advance.

This is clearly an issue outside of the Sierra Chart servers because it is occurring with two different server connections in completely different data centers:

It could be caused by firewall software. Refer to help topic 1.2:
