TAL not reporting properly

I have noticed that after March 20.2015 that the TAL-NON simulated account has not been reporting the information to the right side of the Cum P/L at all. However it does work correctly on the Simulated account fine. Can you suggest any resolutions..?

We do not know specifically what you are referring to since the columns are adjustable. Your suggestion to read "Note about Runup, Drawdown, Maximum Open Position Profit/Loss, Highest/Lowest Price During Positions fields: For these values to be accurate and contain nonzero values, it is necessary that Sierra Chart is running and connected to the data feed during the entire life of the Non-Simulated (Live) Trade Positions that these fields are for". MY COMMENTS: This trade was taken in REAL TIME and with real money and connected until the trade was complete, therefore this little bit of a definition does not apply here.. Sierra charts support has to do better than this to help resolve this issue. looking forward to your response..... |

We did do better than this. We reviewed that documentation and updated it today. There is more information in that section. What are the values for Highest/Lowest Price During Positions on the Trade Statistics tab? And are you using the Order Fill Calculated Position? Specifically the global setting. Thank you now I have some detail as to what to look for. No I am not using the Order Fill Calculated Position-global and as for the values for Highest/Lowest Price During Positions here is just "zero's" no information.. |

OK this is the problem. We have done a test, and the recording of the high and low values during a position is functioning correctly. So not totally sure about the cause of the problem at the moment.
