I paid for data on 1/4/15 1:30 am Australia time for the current month and I have been disabled for data today, Looks like I've been charged for last month even though I paid after midnight in order to avoid that. I am very unhappy and I expect you to correct this issue ASAP. I can not trade today and that is very annoying......

We see this problem. This will need to be sorted out in the morning US time. The problem is you activated the Sierra Chart Exchange data feed and the EUREX exchange during US Chicago time at the end of March.

In regards to the exchange, there should have been a notice, that you would be charged the exchange fee until the end of March and then again in April. We will verify that.

For an immediate resolution to the problem you need to add sufficient credit to your Sierra Chart account and reactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the EUREX Exchange on your account.

And in the morning, we will credit back the EUREX exchange fee for March. Hopefully that will not be a problem.
