My interests are to have real time data feed set up NYMEX, WTI Crude Oil Futures and Oil Stocks in general have my interest. I was going to attempt to purchase sthe $40.00 service you offer but became confused with the other "side" options offered and did not know whether the $40.00 option would cover me or not. Please assist me in clarifying this so I may make my purchase and begin using the software to determine if it fits my needs. ps. The company really needs a contact number for support.

With a business as complex as this, if we did this, we would shut it down quickly due to the impossible nature of even implementing something like this. There is no chance this would ever happen. We can assure you, you would not even want to call. A qualified person would not even want to answer the call. Someone who is unqualified who might be willing to answer the call, would not be qualified to answer the questions properly.
