The company really needs a contact number for support.
With a business as complex as this, if we did this, we would shut it down quickly due to the impossible nature of even implementing something like this. There is no chance this would ever happen.

We can assure you, you would not even want to call. A qualified person would not even want to answer the call. Someone who is unqualified who might be willing to answer the call, would not be qualified to answer the questions properly. These questions need to be answered by engineering support and require consideration.
