This is because there is missing historical Bid Volume and Ask Volume. Refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TickbyTickDataConfiguration.php#HistoricalBidAskVolume Re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. The most recent 10 minutes of data may be like this, but the other historical data should not be. If you still have a problem, do you see the symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol. Ok. So it says Rithmic with Optimus Futures gets historical bid/ask data. I have Rithmic with NinjaTrader Brokerage... And SC Real time and historical exchange data says it works with Rithmic live accounts. So does that mean in order to get the historical bid/ask data, I can use the sc real time and historical exchange data feed and get the full CME Group with market deptth for $15.75 + $35 for the data feed? You only need the Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed to get historical Bid volume and Ask volume for the most recent 10 minutes. Otherwise you will get it anyway.
