This is because there is missing historical Bid Volume and Ask Volume. Refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TickbyTickDataConfiguration.php#HistoricalBidAskVolume Re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. The most recent 10 minutes of data may be like this, but the other historical data should not be. If you still have a problem, do you see the symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol.
