On Thursday 1-22-15 I placed a bracket order at the exact time my data connection disconected.
None of the orders actually went live in my brokerage account and that was fine.
However, when I canceled all three orders in SC, the STOP order stayed on the chart.

I contacted my broker twice and verified that there was no live or pending order on their end.
I have refreshed the trade data from the trade service 20+ times. I have connected and disconnected SC and OEC numerous times. I have tried cancelling the order in every way I can think of. It just refuses to disappear!

Under "Orders and Positions" in the Trade menu it shows this order as "Sent" and is highlighted in yellow but I can't seem to kill this order.

I am no longer concerned that this order will actually ever go live because the market has crossed that price point several times in the last three trading days. However, it is quite a distraction.

Any help in killing this ghost order would be greatly appreciated.

Exit from Sierra Chart.

Go to the folder Sierra Chart is installed to and rename the ListedTradeOrders.XML file to ListedTradeOrders.XML.backup

Start Sierra Chart and let us know if you still see the order.

If you do not, then send us the ListedTradeOrders.XML.backup file to support _AT_ SierraChart.com.

This problem is OEC specific and we are fixing it now.

One of the problems is that OEC changed a FIX field ID in a mass order status acknowledgment.
