Regarding Log in Error with Rithmic

We are trying to get Sierra Charts to receive streaming Futures data with Rithmic as the data provider with a Live Trading Account. We have valid Rithmic credentials (we can log into R/Trader successfully). We have purchased SC Package #3 which we understand to be the appropriate subscription for this purpose. After having gone through the provided set up steps, the following error message is generated: Your current service package does not support this function. Any assistance that you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks TW |

Ok....thank you. It seems to be working now. Haven't tried to load a chart yet but have green window now in upper right.
