Good day, support. I have a live account with Dorman, working through Ninjatraderbrokerage. For financial reasons, with the CTS feed switched on Rithmic. When connecting to servers in the United States and Europe have problems. Tell me how to fix the problem. Logfile attached. |

We can see from the Message Log that the connection to Rithmic is not fully succeeding at the time that you connected. Are you still having a problem at this time? In general, it is hard for us to give specific advice about what to do with something like this. The connection to the Rithmic system is handled by the Rithmic software which we do not control. Basically the only thing we could advise is to make sure that any firewall software you are running is disabled other than the Windows firewall.
