Hello! A user of ours keeps getting this error when trying to connect to OEC. He says he has contacted OEC, has correct username and password and is on prod account. Please advise. OEC is the provider of their service. They have access to their server logs. There is not anything more we can say about this other than what is documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/openecry.php#OECConnectionProblem What is happening is OEC is logging the user out immediately after logon.
