We tried to recover the data just now but we could not. We are contacting Barchart about this to see where we can get the missing data from. Keep in mind part of this problem was because the exchange itself had an issue so we cannot recover data to the very open since there was no trading as we understood. This is what Barchart has told us about that day: This was resolved at approximately 0705 Central. Euronext had an issue this AM that took down the feed until 0535 Central. We then had to resolve the issue on our side. Here's the link to the Euronext status:

I seriously wonder what is happening with your partner Barchart with his "MX"Z14 exchange connectivity recurrent problems. I am a recent user of your data feed services and it is not the first time it happens. The main problem for me is that it takes so long time to solve the problem each time.(between days and half days and i am not talking about Euronext dissemination problems here that i understand also the reality) I ignore if for him this future contract is an exotic contract but we are talking about the future index of the fifth world economy that in my zone is used on a daily base by thousands of people. So i think as a user i deserve a more trustful relationship about using your services. I just want to understand what is the source of this recurrent problems with Barchart because i don't observe such problem in my other real time data provider on this contract. Sincerly yours. |

We understand your concern. In this particular case this is what we were told: Euronext Support in Paris (technician Glynne) says this is being investigated as numerous customers have reported not receiving commodities / derivate data over SFTI (that's how we connect also).
