downloading historical data mistake

hi, sometimes, when i connect sierra chart, there are problem with downloading correct data from the market, so that i have a gap in my datas (which is acctually not there in the market - it is a mistake of the platform). i understand that when sierra chart is offline, there are all zeros on numbes bar, it is ok, what i dont understand is WHY there is a hole in my price actions and thus also in my volume profile indicators. see the video from yesterday - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjLh9YZXMAU&feature=youtu.be i am sure it should not be like this, and it is a big problem for me, because i use volume for my trading a lot and i dont know how to get the real data into my volume profile when this happens. this is definately not a problem o broker/datafeed because it didnt happened on all 4 markets, only on two of the (nq, es) viz this video why does this happened and WHAT i should do to re-dowload the correnct data when this happens please?
