Introduction
This page documents the subject of real-time market data, explaining what categories of data have real-time data available, which categories are included with any Sierra Chart Service Package, and which require a paid exchange option.
Historical Data is provided for all supported Sierra Chart symbols.
Streaming delayed data is available in Sierra Chart for The CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities. The CME Group and EUREX delayed streaming data also includes Market Depth data.
What Real-Time Data is Directly Included with the Service Packages
Refer to the images below for the particular exchanges for which real-time streaming data is available as part of any Sierra Chart Service Package.
The categories which include real-time data as part of the Service Packages are as follows:
- Crypto Currencies (Binance, Bitfinex, Bitmex, Deribit)
- CFD - FXCM
- Forex
- FX Indices
- Market Stats
Real-time Futures, Equities/Stocks, Options, Spreads and Cash Index Data
To receive real-time data for any other exchange that is not listed above, you will need to setup and pay for the data from Sierra Chart, or from an external supported Data and Trading service which provides the particular data that you require.
Sierra Chart offers real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the following exchanges:
- CBOE Global Indices
- The CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX)
- EUREX
- CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE)
- NASDAQ TotalView
- U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape (NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, etc.)
Each of the above listed exchanges that make up the Denali Exchange Data Feed have their own pricing and require setup and payment in order to receive the real-time data.
Refer to the Supported Data and Trading Services page for the list of supported services and complete details. Each supported Data and Trading service will only provide certain types of data and from certain exchanges. For example, a Trading service that supports futures trading only, is not going to provide equities/stocks data.
