Moved to windows 11- Sierra is very slow and my charts takes forever to load

I have 2 computers, my chart on one computer with windows 10 loads decent. but the same chart on a windows 11 takes for ever to load. The setting on both computer for data services is same. I am lost of ideas. This is for the 1st instance). I installed sierra again still no help went to an older version still no help. I have paid for siearra and usage time and i just cannot load the charts. Its takes a very long time to load and NQ charts do not load at all

Follow through the instructions here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Improving Historical Intraday Data Downloading Performance Set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 5 Seconds.
