Live Mode Not Working – Status Indicator Grey

Dear Sierra Chart Support,

I need some help with enabling live trading mode, please. I’ve signed all required agreements in my Sierra Chart account, deposited funds, and I’m connected to AMP Futures—the correct balance appears in the platform, so it seems the broker connection is active.

However, when I disable Trade Simulation Mode, the status indicator stays grey instead of turning green. When simulation mode is on, it turns blue as expected. I'm not sure what else I need to do to activate live trading.

What you are seeing is correct. That Chart Trade Mode box in the upper left has two different colors for when you are Simulation Mode and Not in Simulation Mode. This helps you to know which mode you are in. Refer to the coloring options for this at the following link and the item below it:
