Hello. I've paid 78USD for the denali data feed for E mini professional traders without a trading account but I don't seem to be able to receive the live data feed. Kindly help. I paid for this today 9th April 2025 and would need your assistance as soon as possible to be able to make use of it before 30th April.

You have the exchange active, so you should be getting real-time data for the symbols available for that exchange. What is one symbol for which you are having an issue, and what exactly is occurring?
