level two market depth issue

I'm using a macbook pro with the parallel program for windows 11. I'm past my 21 day trial period for sierra chart and still do not have my level two depth of market data showing up. Any suggestions of what I need to do to get that part up and running?

What is the symbol of one chart for which you are having an issue? We need the exact symbol as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".

Also, please get us an image of the chart by following these instructions:
