unable to scroll up and down

good morning. i have a simple problem. I use my mouse pointer to the far right of the screen to move the price up/down. i Can't get my pointer to scroll and make the price drop below 4876. i can scroll an unlimited amount to higher prices but i can't scroll below the 4876 price on /ES. is it a setting issue? |

There is no particular reason for this, certainly no settings that control how far down you can scroll. There are some limits when you get far (very far) away from the price action of the chart, but 4876 is nowhere near this. Our recommendation is to try to use the Hand tool and see if that works for you.
