Hello,

I Trade with an M1 Max MacBook Pro with 64gb or RAM and 8TB of internal SSD storage via Windows Parallels.
In the last days (2 Weeks) since the volatility has sky rocketed to the moon my performance with Sierra Chart is really bad.
If I want to scroll in the Charts it really lacks bad.
I already took a look over the trade activity files (they were ok). The memory usage was also ok (500MB) same with the CPU usage (15%). And the stored Time and Sales records where also ok (5000).

I uploaded my workspace so you can take a look at it.

And I uploaded a screen recording of my performance:

Can you help me identify the problem?

The only thing we can do is point you to the following section that covers all the items we know to help with performance:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Ok so you think the CPU Usage is to high?

One of the items is about improving performance by using Sub-Instances, which will help with CPU utilization. Refer to the following:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.47 - Use Sub Instances to Distribute Processing Load

But also refer to the following that was recently posted:
Improving Performance with Wider Price Ranges and Increased Trading Activity

Have you already activated OpenGL? That could be the problem. You should activate it.

When I activate it and restart Sierra it automatically is deactivated again. But my Macbook ist capable of OpenGL.
Is this normal or could it be something with Windows Parallels.

If OpenGL is automatically disabling it means it is not supported on your system. So this is normal.
