I failed a challenge with a prop firm, acc no P1-75506, and I'd like to remove it from the chart trade window and overall from Sierra. I don't see a way to do this. If nothing else I really want it gone from the Chart trade window, as it keeps auto-selecting every time when I start Sierra again. I have to switch it manually to the new account I'm trading. If it's not possible to do that in the Sierra it self, can you do it for me on the back-end? |

I guess this is a TTP account, TTP doesn't delete failed accounts, that's why you still see it, but if you save the chartbook with the correct account, it should work.Try this: go to File and Open Trading DOM for Chart and change the account-number to the correct one and close it again and it should work.

Ya, The trading pit account. Now when I turned on my PC and started Sierra, the Trade window shows the correct account. I was saved when I used Sierra in the morning. It should have been saved already, as I took the new challenge on Monday. Didn't place a trade till today thou, so maybe I didn't see that it was set to the failed account(till today when I placed a limit order). Anyway SC Support, is there a way to delete this failed account? |

It should no longer be listed on the Trade Window when connected to Rithmic. If you see it listed, then contact your trading service provider.

It's still there, but after saving with the right account selected, it stays selected when restarted, so all good.
