I have scoured the support board and found some information but after hours of reading I still don't have a clear picture. I would appreciate any help and recommendations. I plan on using Teton (order routing) and Denali (data). I also have a CQG datafeed that I'd like to discontinue due to cost. I only trade futures. I have an active/funded Stage5 account that clears through Dorman. I don't like Stage5. I would like to open an account with another broker. AMP is the front-runner. Here are my questions: 1. Does AMP work with Teton and Denali? Or, do they require CQG, as stated here: Multiple brokers/trade services question | Post: 333071 2. I already run two instances of SC (primary for charts and sub-instance for DOMs). If I want to keep both Stage5 and AMP available, will I have to use one of each SC instance for each broker? 3. Based on SC docs, I can only trade CME Group futures using Denali and Teton. But, I need to trade Eurex as well; ideally ICE too. The path forward here is unclear to me... even if I have a CQG datafeed. 4. Any recommendations on AMP vs EdgeClear vs Interactive Brokers? Specifically, with regards to issues integrating with SC, Teton, and Denali. 5. Related to #3 and #4, Stage5 requires a different funded account to trade different futures exchanges (e.g. CME, Eurex, and ICE requires 3 accounts). Tradestation is the same way, and requires separate accounts for equities and futures. Has anybody found a broker that is NOT like this. It's extremely dysfunctional and requires an immense amount of capital, accounting, and overhead to maintain so many accounts. Thank you. |

1. AMP has support for the Teton Order Routing Service, so you can use it with AMP. 2. If you want to connect to different accounts, then you will need separate installations of Sierra Chart. You can not do this with a Sub-Instance. Refer to the following for how to install at second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart As long as both installations are on the same computer, there are no additional fees. 3. Teton only supports trading the CME Group. If you want to trade other exchanges then you would need a different order routing service to trade those. In this case you have two choices: - Use Teton for trading CME Group and a different account for trading other exchanges (probably CQG). - Use a different order routing service (probably CQG) for trading all the exchanges Keep in mind that you would need to get the data for The CME Group and EUREX from us, as we do not support data for these exchanges from CQG, and then you would get ICE data from CQG. If you use multiple accounts, then you will need additional installations for those different accounts. You can only get the Denali data to 3 different installations on a single computer, which may drive your decision. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Connections on Same Computer Simultaneously 4. The only recommendation we would make in this case is to stay away from Interactive Brokers, unless you want to trade equities. If you are just doing futures then AMP or Edge Clear would be better choices for overall reliability. 5. We are not aware of this. Check to make sure they are not referencing the use of Teton and CQG. See if you just use CQG if you would just have a single account. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
