Hello it is the third day when i login on my sierra chart, i have no chart since my last login. What to know what is happening if i did something wrong or is this a bug?

We need more information on what exactly is occurring. Are your chartbooks not opening? Are you not getting data? Are you having issues logging in? Are you getting any error messages?
