unable to compress tick size in DOM.

Hi there, I compressed the DOM using the tick size in chart setting's tick size and the Market market combined increment in ticks. The current traded bid/ask volume shows correctly, but the recent bid/ask volume and the market depth on the buy/sell column is not showing correctly. THe numbers are all scrunched up. What else can I do to rectify this? thank you |

Do not change the Tick Size of the chart unless you have a specific reason to do so. To combine the Market Depth and Volumes in the DOM, use the "Combine Increment in Ticks" and the "Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns". Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) Chart Settings: Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) Make sure you are on the latest release in order to have the "Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns" affect the other columns.
