hello, CME data is real time and working. However, CBOT is delayed 10m. I purchased Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX. Not sure why only CBOT is delayed. |

You have the following exchange active at this time: - CME for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account. This is just the CME exchange. There is no professional option to get the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) data in a single exchange. You would need to activate the "CBOT for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account" in order to get the data for CBOT in real-time. Note that if you are not actually a professional trader, then you should get a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. I see, thank you. What would be my best option to get CME CBOT data. Ive read the support board about the issues with CQG and Rithmic, having to use an older version for rithmic to work. etc. I am with AMP global clearing. what do you guys recommend? thank you |

The best solution is to subscribe to CBOT the same way as you already did with CME (just to clarify the Rithmic part, Rithmic-connections are back since version 2737 so there is no need to use older versions)

What User135243 stated is correct. If you are wanting to get data as a Non-Professional, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account (and not be listed as a Professional on the FINRA database).
