Hi,

i'm having a 10min delay on my footprint chart, how do i fix this issue, i've tried going to chart settings and changing the time but it's 10min delayed.

You are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore you would be getting delayed data for any exchange that is part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data?

To get the data for the CME Group at the Non-Professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Once you have the above worked out, then you can setup the CME Group data by following these instructions:
