The symbol for that chart is not correct for the service you are currently connected to. With that Chartbook open, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

you're trying to open ESH25 (this contract already expired), try ESM25 and it should work

We are not understanding the issue in post #3 with respect to the image. The image shows a normal chart. You state that you are trying to get a footprint chart. What exactly is the issue?
