The first thing is to not use quotes (") around the values you want. The quotes indicate that it is a string and not a value. The second thing is that zeros are typically not displayed, therefore you are only really displaying a single value (1). As such, the scaling does not know how to deal with this and you will not have anything showing in the scales on the right, and it will appear there is nothing to display, but there will be a line at the very top of the region representing what you are seeing. One solution is to display the zero values. We see you are using a "Study Subgraph Reference" (although we do not know why). Make sure the option for "Draw Zeros" is set to "Yes". Even still, if the data in the displayed region is all one value, you will still have the same scaling issue. Make sure you are at a spot where you can see both a 0 and a 1 in order to properly view the data.
