Hi I've set up a new instance and in my original instance I have the denali 11 package, how do i create a new trade account say apex onto my second instance, I trade a live account on my primary instance, when i try the Data and trade services - it says read only DTC - Sub instance. My server and historical ports are different from the primary, could you please help me out

To use a completely different trading account you need to install a second Sierra Chart. You cannot use a sub-instance (started with File >> New Instance) to do this, as these sub-instances are connected to the main instance and use the same trading account. Refer to the following to install another Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart As long as the second installation is on the same computer, and you do not have more than 3 total separate installations on the same computer, then there are not additional fees or any particular changes that you would need to make.
