Hi All.

I have looked through the market data access section and have followed these instructions.

Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings. Enable Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. Press OK. Select File >> Reconnect

but I'm having no luck.

Please can I find out why my data is delayed, this happened a few weeks ago and I had to go to evaluate service package 12 to get real time data again.
I am on service package 11 so I don't understand.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

The exchange that you had active in March did not renew on April 1, 2025. You can activate this exchange, or select different exchanges, at the following link:
