Delayed Data and Being label as a Professional.

I logged into Sierra this morning and noticed that my data is delayed. I triple checked all my payments and I am up to date. I also see a message saying I was flagged as a Professional. This is completely inaccurate. I learned day trading about 1 month ago. I am tied to no organizations. This must be some sort of confusion. I am not sure if this is what is causing my data delay but regardless, I need help getting live data back ASAP.
