Hello. I am trying to disable the Sierra Trade Gateway but couldn't find a link to do it. I have planned to use Sierra for charting only since I use R|Trader with Rithmic data as my trading platform. My current plan with Sierra is 5 Base Advanced and what I trying to avoid here is being unable to trade from R|Trader since it is my understanding Sierra will be connected to the same trading account I have R|Trader connected. Any help or insight will be deeply appreciated. Regards |

We assume that you are wanting to get the data from Rithmic, as you do not have any data setup with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. In this case, there is not a way to what you are wanting. Since you are getting the data from Rithmic, you are still making the connection to Rithmic from Sierra Chart. As such, you will not be able to make the connection to that same account on R|Trader. Note that this is a Rithmic limitation. They own the interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic, so you should ask them to make changes to make this possible.
