Attached Order, how to disable

It seems all of a sudden, when i place a manual order to buy or sell, there is an attached order (Bracketted order) that immediately gets placed and cancels my trade. I have looked everywhere. I dont know how this got turned or or how to disable but it is frustrating. Pls help me remove / disable this.

Since the option for "Use Attached Orders" is not enabled, there is not going to be any attached orders, so that would not be the reason for why the position is being closed immediately. You need to look at your "Trade Activity Log" and see what it states with regards to what is occurring and why that position is being closed out.
