Saving Drawing Configuration with Text Doesn't Seem to be Working

I have configured a few extended-rectangles to include text when I draw them. However, I can no longer configure an ext. rectangle tool to keep the text. Meaning I select my pre-configured extended rectangle tool, draw the ext. Rec, and the end result is an ext. rectangle with no text. No matter what I try, the text won't show up. I've tried every sequence of things to press: load, load and save, just save, just load, and every thing I can think of. What is the specific sequence if thing I need to do to have my specific text show up when I'm drawing a pre-configured drawing tool? This is much too difficult. This was easier before the new configuration layout. |

The only option for tools to have saved text is through the option for "Copy Tool Config Name to Text". This process works the same in both the old and new interfaces - in that you select the configuration you want to modify, set the option for "Copy Tool Config Name to Text" to "Yes", and set a "Tool Configuration Name" on the "Save Config" tab, and then save the configuration. Then when you draw the tool (including extending rectangles) the configuration name will be used as the text for that drawing and placed at the location specified in the configuration/properties.
